Well... it has a really slim fit and doesn’t feel bulky at all. Pretty much exactly what I was hoping for.

The wallet looks really good and feels like it is made well. I just expected a bit more for the price. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing, but it got here okay. I do like it overall, I am just not totally sure it is worth it compared to some cheaper options out there

The bag looks really nice and it does feel well made, but it’s heavier than I expected for everyday use. I still grab it once in a while, but not nearly as much as I thought I would. Whoever runs this probably should make the weight a little clearer upfront

It showed up sooner than I figured it would. Shipping to Canada can be a bit of a mess sometimes, but this was straightforward, no weird customs hassle or anything.

I reached out with a question and they got back to me really fast. They handled it without making it a big thing, and there was just something about it that made the whole process feel easy.

I really like the way this case looks and feels in hand. It has a nice finish and works perfectly fine if you’re just carrying the basics. That said, I was a little disappointed by how limited the storage space is. I thought I’d be able to fit a few more bits inside, but it gets full quickly. It’s still a decent case, I just wish it had that little bit of extra room because I really wanted to love it more.

It took longer than I was expecting, but the package arrive in good shape, so I can’t complain too much.

The stitching looks really nice overall, and it feels well done. I did notice one small loose thread, though... not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

I’m really happy with it. The leather feels great in hand, the stitching is clean, and you can tell it was made with real care. It has that solid, well-crafted feel that gives you confidence it’s going to hold up nicely.

The color is close to what I expected, just a little darker in person. It’s not a huge deal, so I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service since I usually don’t have much faith they’ll actually help with stuff like this.

I ordered a wallet from Harber London and, to be fair, it arrived exactly how I chose it online. The colour was right, the size was right, and the initials were correct too, which I’d been slightly nervous about.
Nothing was missing from the box and there were no mix-ups, so the actual order was great. My only annoyance was that the communication wasn’t always super clear, and I had to second-guess a bit along the way. Still, everything matched the order confirmation in the end, so I’m happy overall.

I was expecting the site to feel a little more premium, especially because the prices gave me the impression it would be a more polished shopping experience. But the design felt kind of flat to me, like it didn’t really pull me in.

The brown tones and product photos are nice at first, but after clicking through a few pages, everything started to look samey. Some sections felt crowded too, and with the tiny text in places, I felt a bit pressured to figure out what I was looking at instead of just browsing comfortably.
Maybe it’s just my personal taste, but for this price range, I wanted something cleaner and more memorable. It wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t really make me want to stay on the site or keep shopping.

I actually like the bag overall, it looks nice and does what I need, but the zippers just feel a little weak to me. Like they might not hold up that well over time..

I found what I was looking for quickly. The menus were easy to follow, the product photos loaded without any issues, and checkout was smooth. I also used it on my phone and it worked great, which is what matters most to me most of the time

I really liked the design at first, but the leather ended up being kind of a letdown for the price. After just a few weeks, it started showing marks and lost that clean, nice look way faster than I expected. It felt like the expectations kept shifting — first it looked like a premium piece, then suddenly I’m supposed to be okay with it wearing down so quickly. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it doesn’t feel as durable as I hoped. Not awful, just disappointing...

In my experience, the exchange process took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I did feel like the return could have been handled a bit faster.

Had a small issue with my Harber product after using it for a while, which was a bit annoying but I guess these things happen. I reached out about the warranty and, to their credit, they got back to me quickly. I sent over a few photos and they sorted it out without making me jump through hoops. Can’t really complain when a company actually helps after you’ve already bought the thing. Happy with the support overall.

I had a small issue with my order, which was annoying because you just don’t want hassle after placing an order. I contacted Harber London not really expecting much, i was ready for the usual back and forth, which I really can’t stand. But they replied quickly, didn’t make it complicated, and sorted it out without dragging things on and on. The product is great too, but the customer service is the main reason I’m leaving this review. It’s just nice when a problem gets fixed properly instead of becoming another annoying problem.

I got this sleeve for my MacBook and it fits just right, with no awkward extra space or anything. The charger pouch is actually handy too. Only thing is I wish I’d ordered it sooner, because the timing was bad and I had already scratched up my old bag a bit before it arrived. Really happy with it so far though
